It is advisable that you can comfortably jog 5k without stopping, regardless of speed, before attending this session.
At each group session you can expect to encounter:
Hill reps with a twist!
Interval training and much, much, more….
Included will be challenges which are guaranteed to set your heart racing, taking you out of your comfort zone.... you will achieve things you didn’t think were possible.
These sessions are much more fun when shared with others!!! There will be lots of laughs along the way.
It is a fabulous way to improve your fitness level, boost your metabolism
& shape up!
